@kd1988 I always found it strange how it hurts your heart as anatomically it’s nothing to do with your heart is it? But it does feel like your heart is completely broken!
He text me when he got home to say that he was home safe as I had asked him to (it’s a long drive and he was upset)! I text him back saying I was and always would be really proud of the man he’d become in the 6 years we’d been together and he text me back saying that it was mostly down to me! I didn’t text back to that… I thought it was a good place to leave it if we had to!
@pineappleblue well described…thats how I feel sometimes, it hurts so bad…every little, stupid and unexpected things happening around remind me of him…heartache yes
@malinda he did by asking if I was ok. Then it just spiralled from there. Can’t cope with it anymore. Makes me nervous that I have to do no contact again when I thought I was making progress but it’s gone wrong! But I have to do it
@kd1988 I know it’s going to really hurt to start it again but I think it’s better than the alternative! 
Definitely!! I can’t push it if he’s feeling pressured and I haven’t even said anything! This is his stubbornness coming through. I’ll take comfort in that he can’t give me a definitive answer, means it hasn’t been ruled out completely! But yes no contact. I need to do it for myself too, need some clarity again 
and he needs to miss me!
@pineappleblue thats really thoughtful asking him to let you know he arrived safe, and thats unconditional love I believe…wth he expected you to kick him and all that to make himself better walking away just like that I’m glad hearing you havent given him that and he cant be that cruel not checking up on you during this one month (for your good!) after having 6 years together, no way I mean I dont really understand people…he must have asked him mom to check… his mother was the one who did initiate the contact to meet up ?

If you check in the steps on getting ex back plan you will see this, if an ex calls you to see how you are its like I’m miserable without you, it doesnt have to be compared with yours but don’t let him play these, maybe hes not even aware of what hes doing or he doesnt do that in purpose but again…just believe in yourself and try to relax, you can do it really and you will feel better tomorrow I hope
@malinda yes she was! Completely out of the blue after 3 weeks! so I guess it could be a possibility?
He’s not a cruel guy which means it can only be that he doesn’t wanna hurt me anymore! That or he just doesn’t know what to say to make it right…
I’m dying to text him today with something that reminds me of him like the plan says but I’m just not sure! Should I wait until iv got his stuff sorted and text him about that so I have a reason or should I send something small first, like iv just been watching something that reminds me of him and i hope he’s okay?
And out of the blue ? Quite likely he asked her mother to check on you, I believe! And as I try to recall the meeting with her mother went well, you were cool…
@malinda he was definitely the one. Don’t know if he feels that way now!! He did before. Yeah I think he feels guilty more than anything. It’s just how much he keeps saying he’s glad I’m ok! All the time. Like he doesn’t believe me.
@pineappleblue its a tough one hun. I’ve done that, it got a good response at first but then we had been in a little bit of contact. I would maybe wait until you’ve sent the message about his stuff x

@malinda yeah you could be right. Because I didn’t react well to the break up he expected me to be a mess. And I was for a little bit but then I sorted myself out. Just no contact now. Let him miss me a bit and I can carry on sorting myself out

@malinda haha! My ex always bought me socks… Pretty much all my socks are ones he’s bought me! funny patterns and slogans! It’s daft really but I love them!
