If it were up to me I’d prefer face to face as well. Personally if you think this is going to end soon I think meeting him would be the best, continuing with NC might not get you anywhere? Others might say otherwise though
I mean its sad to say but he screwed me over so bad that it is hard to care. I know I care because now that I am out of shock I do tear up but I just don’t have anything left for him. I have never been so numb to a person I loved so dearly. That’s how bad he screwed up. I took so much of his crap. However, maybe getting whatever he needs to get off his chest will help him in the future. He needs to learn a huge message from this whole ordeal. I wouldn’t want him to learn from this if I didn’t care.
I wouldn’t even know what to say or how to act if I agree to talk to him.
In this case I don’t think you should donanything then til he proves that he is a different person
@Mj I don’t think he is trying to get back together. I think he is trying to apologize. I mean I will let him know how lucky he is that I am even considering it. At this point I really want nothing to do with him. But if he is this desperate to get ahold of me then I think I should give him the chance to get whatever he needs to say off his chest. Im just trying to think of this in a mature way.

I want this part too, but I don’t know how I will feel or what I will say when I see him you know? Some people are telling me not to do it while others are telling me to do it. It is a bittersweet situation.
I think you gotta decide for yourself. For me, I will also want to settle things face to face yet the words can never come out right. You can try to write a letter for him so he can read it when you meet him?

Ye letters are good especially if you both have history of them. I used to write letters to my ex often when we were long distance. She loved it at the time. That’s why I’m hoping that after my 30 days no contact is over I’m going to send her a letter which I hope will help me in my quest. Here have a read and tell me what u guys think
