Thanks guys and girls for input. Dara that was something I had not even considered.
Since I have heard nothing from my Ex I have no idea what she is up too. That could be a bad situation that I get on Facebook only to discover my Ex is already dating someone else. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Being back at the first stage isn’t appealing. I’ve been getting a lot better over the past month. But I felt like this just after I delivered the letter and as you said, it was like going back to the first step then and it was horrible.
But I think getting back on Facebook seems to be the thing to do 🙂
Also AZ, I read that article about reaching out after a period of time 🙂 Also to clarify her birthday isn’t for another couple of months yet.

I agree about the Facebook idea too! And it’s been a long time so I think it’s ok to take the actions!One of my exes reached me out after half of year after the breakup, and I was dating someone after the breakup but broke up with another guy, then when my ex reached out to me, he changed a lot and I was attracted to him again so we got back together!!

Doing NC and moving on don’t go along! If that was true my emotions would not stir up this time! Moreover, if it was true I would never talk to her!
Steve, unless you really cut off all your hopes, you cannot enjoy these casual dates and convert them into permanent!
I believe that I have wasted my time in false hope and not making new friendships! Now it feels bad when I think hoping for something that never existed!

Reminding yourself or writing down the negative characters should be a great idea!! Unfortunately despite being mistreated my f**kin’ brain cells tend to think about good things in the past! Maybe I should also go to some therapist!–not sure yet! Something is wrong with me–not her! ha ha ha ha…

Haha! I understand if you cant see my point back the. Its normal. I know you have hopes. I cut mine long ago. Although my ex and i are on talking terms i chose not to initiate contact. Its fine. If its meant to be it doesnt have to be so hard. Gather yourself once more and be happy again. And buddy dont ever ever talk to her new man especially if you want to ask him about your ex.

This guy–Mike Tyson was infamously famous when I was teenage! I liked to be fighter like him! Though I enjoyed him being defeated by Lenox Luis and Hollifield later! I watched this video for maybe 20 times when I saw that guy!
