I am following No Contact Period and today is the 16th day if he messages me during the no Contact period so it proves that he still have feelings for me but if he doesn’t messages me then what should I do? Should I increase the time of no contact period or should I do something else??

Don’t worry about it right now. Just keep your no contact for two more weeks. In the meantime work on yourself, focus on what you need to do in your life, heal from the break up and if there is anything you need to change for yourself do so. Also take this time to evaluate your relationship, what went wrong and all that. You don’t just want to get back, you want to make it last. So take this time to be prepared
And if he doesn’t contact you it doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about you.
well my ex didnt message me anything for 3 months… he used to say he doesnt care about me… and i think it doesnt mean that they dont care maybe its cause they care enough about you and they want you to get over them. they do care, but usually not in a love way, i am sorry to say that. but i have been there and i know why he did that. so it might be the same in ur case. depends on how bad the break up was and idk of the relationship and the reasons why he left you
