So me and my ex girlfriend have been together for 8 months, but yesterday she broke up with me because she was tired of fights.
First 3 months of the relationship were perfect, but then we started to have small fights from time to time, the the fights because more frequent.
Reasons of the fights? Well, pretty small things, but that became repetitive. She told me that she recognizes she had her part in the fights, but I also do recognize I have my own part: I continued them, I wanted to make my point and I couldn’t stop when she told me “I am sorry, for real”.
We go to the same gym and we get to workout together (and I can’t help with changing the schedule because I simply can’t, that time is the only time I can go to the gym, same for her)
My question is: how do I perform no contact phase, when I see her 4 days a week? My idea is to act cool and only focus on the workout, and if she has something to talk with me… I only respond to that subject, nothing else. Most importantly: I play it cool
I want to do the NC for about a month, and then I want to leave at her house a flower with a note with this symbol “=}” (that’s how I smile in text messages, and I’m the only one who does that, so she knows it’s from me)
