If she initiates contact during no contact

When you are in No contact- what if your ex contacts you during this period… As I understand it- we are NOT to respond- just ignore, correct? Also- if you are 2-3 weeks into no contact and she contacts me- and I ignore her until after 30 days- do you think I will lose her by ignoring her until the 30 days? And she will move on??

I understand the purpose and everything and it does make sense. In a way by ignoring HER, if she contacts- it puts the shoe on the other foot and makes her try to pursue ME- and that’s what women like- right? PLEASE HELP!

Dear Michel Angel, apparently during the no contact period you are supposed to answer friendly but not too friendly and keep the conversation very short and impersonal, just received an email from Kevin saying that.

I am so upset because I fully ignored my ex and was rude to him by following the rules in the initial 5 step plan, who knew that Kevin would have a contradictory recommendation in his emails.

And btw is men who like to pursue women and not the other way around in my view
