So my ex broke up with me about 3 months, there was no contact until about 2 weeks ago where I initiated contact. The issue is I made some mistakes and came on way too strong and it pretty much ended with her saying she didn’t want to get back together, she also said I left it too long to contact her (I should have after 1 month is what I gathered). So I am at a crossroads right now, Im back on no contact for only a few days now but do I send her a quick message just to acknowledge I wasn’t acting rationally and leave it at that or do I go full no contact again to see if our interaction may lead to her reaching out sometime in the future
@mattyworld12 - Depending on how long you were together and if the relationship was more happy and satisfying than not, will more likely determine if there is a chance for reconciliation.
She did say she doesn’t want to get back together, but maybe that was said in anger or disappointment, I don’t know as you didn’t list the reason for the breakup. But if she continues to be adamant about it, you have to accept the breakup as final.
You could send a quick apology, but she might not respond.
