After my Ex one week ago required NC, who starts with getting in Contact again? Who should it be? I really have no idea but it seems unclear to me. I decided for me to stay in NC until October , and then? I did all the work in our relationship, cared and forced to have regular video calls. So I was always in responsiblity. So should I forget all about that and just go in ? Or should I wait until he comes?

I think it’s okay for either party to end no contact if they are doing it with the right mindset and good intentions. Just be respectful of your ex if they need more space and don’t act needy or desperate.

how are you? I would like to know please, is it important to say sorryfor writing to my ex directly after the broke and to telling him that i‘ve accepted the situation for the moment?
