What to reply over break-up texting.

Hi,

We had long-distance relationship for almost 2 year(we met twice in each year for 1-2 months each)
We took a break for a while. Until recently, she texted me to break-up and moving on.
The reason is, it’s painful and uncomfortable, for both me and her.

She said, we can meet and talk sometimes If I visit her country, so it’s a good sign, because I’m planning to move there in the next year.
Also, she complains about some of my behavior(this is the reason I don’t want to text her back, because some of contents, she digs old story and I’m tired of explaining things.)

Should I text her back? or just ignoring her text?
I would like to meet her in the future, we don’t have any problems when we stay together. But over comunication over texting and video calling, there are tons of problems.

Sounds like she has resentments and can’t let go of them. Maybe after you move to her country, things between you will be better. In the meantime you could text her, but make it short and nice. You don’t need to continue apologizing for the same thing over and over.

Thanks for your reply, I just replied her back as your suggestion.

From now on, I’m not sure if you prefer by:
Should I go NC at all? or keep contact but make it short and only necessary contents.

Why are you moving to her country? Why did she break up with you?

Since video calling and texting creates problems, maybe no contact would be better and then after that, minimal contact when necessary.

Could you find a local girl to date?
