Hi, I just read this article and am going to follow this method,and today would be the first day, however I have one question to ask, my ex girlfriend has borrowed money from me over a period of 2 months to pay family debts etc, should I be asking for it now or wait till this period is over as I don’t want to ruin the chance of getting her back!

Can you please advise

@freddy - Don’t ask her to pay back the money now. If it was made clear that it was a loan, she might pay it back when she can whether you ask or not. If you don’t need the money and could consider it as a gift, then don’t ever mention payback…
