Hi Guys, I wonder if someone could help. Im heartbroken my ex has left me, it has only been just over 2 days but it was a whole week of, i want you, now i dont, now i do, now i dont. We had a lovely evening on Saturday night, i went home and found a message saying he doesn’t feel the same for me anymore and wants to be left alone. I know the reason behind it is because he doesn’t want to get hurt again like his ex did to him but i would never do that and have told him. I really want to contact him and make sure he is okay, to show him i care and will be there for him, but i know it is the wrong thing to do but it is killing me inside. Anyone got any ideas what to do? Do i contact him? Do i leave him alone, if so how long? I dont want him to think i dont care 
@dancingqueennph - How long were you together? By the time a guy wants to break up, he’s been thinking about it for a good long while, even acting normal until the breakup. I’m assuming he’s a grown up so you don’t have to check up on him or contact him and I’m sure he knows you care. A guy who loves a girl will never break up because he’s afraid of being hurt! I’m assuming there were other reasons he wanted to part ways with you. Think about it and improve yourself. Don’t contact him for at least 30 days or more. Maybe he will get in touch and take it from there.
