My boyfriend of 7 years and I live together and he is mad as hell at me because I hid a credit card from him and missed some payments. He is barely speaking to me and I think he is seriously considering breaking up. I’ve read your website front to back and I think most of your advice is really helping. He went out of town to get some space (it’s been 3 weeks)and before I found your website I sent angry texts, etc., but now I am following the no contact rule,I joined a gym and am taking all of your advice. He is coming home in 2 days! I almost think I would have a better shot at getting his heart back if we did not live together,as he might start to wonder what I’m up to and he might start to miss me. But since we live together, obviously he’ll know what I’m up to - for the most part- where I’m sleeping. And I’ve ALWAYS been the one to fix the meals so (1) would it come across as bitchy if I didn’t fix meals when he comes home? (2) would it seem passive/aggressive if I slept in the guest room? You haven’t broken up! Read more on fixing your relationship, don’t treat it like its broken. That is my opinion. I might be wrong.
