So its been a little over 2 weeks since ive started no contact with my ex and out of the blue my ex called me.yesterday twice and texted me twice. Because i ignored him he said “i was just checking up on you as a friend, but i see how it is” i never responded.
Today he then has a friend message me to see if i was okay and i told him i was doing great. My ex then calls me after and i ignore him again. He then sends me a message saying “I never ignored u I always reply even if it’s couple hours later. So is this it I’m nothing to u please let me know. You told me all this before how we still friends so I’m confused. If u don’t reply by today I’ll get the point I’ll promise u I will never hit u up again”
So at this is point Im confused on what to do… i am still very upset with him, but I dont know whether or not I should respond to his messages. Help me!!
You’re already 2 weeks into NC, so I’m not sure if I would break it just to placate him. He’s kind of being a bit of a toddler and throwing a tantrum. He obviously got the friend to check up on you for him. If it were me, I’d make sure to go out at least one more time looking fantastic and take a photo or 2 and put it to social media where he’d see it. Since he is acting this way though, maybe doing just 3 weeks NC instead of 30 days might be good for your situation. If you feel that you are the best version of yourself to do the shorter timeline, then go for it! You know your situation best.
