Hi Patricia thanks for answering. I wasn’t going to reply but at 5 he sent another message. Not to be rude I replied and kept conversation very short and didn’t keep the conversation going. At 7 I acted very busy and said goodnight. He asked what I was doing but I never replied. This NC worked on me because I feel like this conversation didn’t make me want him.
Yes Im still in college and yes I work but not fulltime. I do 25 hours only. Or else there will not be time for home work. However Im keeping busy. I am working hard on my weightloss and 2 days of the week my time off I spend on the mall.
I know the girl is his mom friend because of her voice and the name they call my ex. That name only his mother uses.
I’m glad you’re keeping busy. I wish you the best with your college studies and hope you’re making good grades too. Are you living with your parents? Working only 25 hours doesn’t seem like it would pay enough to support living on your own.
I’m still confused about how you know the girl contacted him, know that she called him the specific name his mom uses, or how you heard her voice? And what does it mean about a man having his number? There’s something I’m not understand and maybe it doesn’t even matter, LOL.
You said the conversation with your ex was short, but if it was from 5 to 7, that’s 2 hours and much too long. Anyway, glad you cut it off.

Yes I live with my family. I only pay for my stuff.
I understand now. He used to be in my family plan so I took his number and transferred to another phone. She called that number and I picked up.
I actually replied at 6pm and I take 10-15 to answer one text.
I just assume he made the girl call to find out with someone else own that number. I really don’t know why she called. Her number is not on the phone calls records. That number belong to him for so many years, so I have lots of records.
I suggest you get a new number for that phone. I think you probably don’t want to, but it’s the right thing to do.
