so i’ve been now on nc for 19 days and today happens to be my bday. she has greeted me with a txt should i reply with a plain “thx” or just ignore her? she has texted me on day 6 of nc to check how i was doing and did not reply to her.
When my ex texted me last week “Happy Brithday”, I just responded back with “Thank you”.
No full stop or exclamation mark.
Do the same. No conversations with her until you complete 30 days of NC.

i just wish that she didn’t send me anything… i still miss her alot and hope that after i finish the 30 days of nc i’ll post her the letter and maybe we can start slowly slowly to build things up again between us
