Out of curiousity, for those who remained friends on social media with their ex, did you allow them to still see when you were online during NC? Also, did you continue to post things for them to see like going out with friends, etc.?

I’m on day 4 after we broke up two weeks ago (last week was her birthday, texted her happy birthday and met her Monday to tell her I accepted her decision and if she ever wanted to get together again to give me a call). Feeling somewhat better now, I started guitar lessons this week, going to start running next week (just getting over some ankle injuries), and also will be volunteering at a local animal shelter and horse rescue farm with some of my free time. So I’m definitely taking care of myself 🙂
