hey, a.z. you had suggested me NC some 4 months back

i stayed in NC for 4 months and ,well i got a message from her saying “hey im sorry for beign mean, i din’t mean to be mean or break ur heart. take care”

during my 4 months NC i’d been blocked in her FB. SHE UNBLOCKED BE ONCE JUST TO MSG ME AND THEN BLOCKED ME AGAIN

so confusing. Is she interested? or is she really sorry for me?
