1 week into nc and she’s txtn me stuff like it’s just a break I didn’t mean we were done for good, and she misses me. If I respond any could it go back to how it used to be

What do Yall think about birthday presents, I do think she would like one but it’s only like a week into NC, and If I get something for her ill probably worse off than b4 huh ??
As a guy, I know all guys have a confidence level for description purposes 1—10 1 being humble and 10 being cocky. The level of confidence a person has Is going to be a variable in every relationship but especially the recent broken up relationships because of the fact that most break ups aren’t mutual and when your partner couldnt seem to care less n has possibly forgotten every little memory Yall made together. That said if he’s like “” a -1 on The confidence chart she’d be more along the lines of thinking “oh no she’s moving in with another guy”on the flip side if he is like a 10 on the confidence chart then he’s more likely to think something such as: “”she’s just cAllin me to talk to me, using excuses like getting her stuff just to get a few more words in”” Remember this is all my point of view. I wouldn’t steer you wrong to the best of my knowledge but you should always take everything into consideration “YOU can NOT change THE way SOMEONE else THINKS, YOU can ONLY ( try ) TO understand WHY they THINK the WAY that THEY do” –wiseman–
I think y’all are both headed in the right direction and that’s coming from a guy.. I personally was engaged for right at 5 years. Like a week ago she told me she needed space, needless to say I freak out begging and pleading “I can change” She gave me cold heartless reaponses which hurt extremely bad, then i found this Site and it has left me awestruck. I immediately stop texting and calling her and within one day she’s texting 10+ times. I have a few questions though, she is texting me things like -1-“I just give Us space so that you get your life together and become the man I fell in love with”–2–“i need to know if I ever need you will you be ther for me”. I need some insight on a response or to respond at all.. Ps I’ve only accomplished 6 days of NC
