@kiwi @Nell @amy90 @MarnieMicahels it’s like I’ve finally grieved and started to become my happy bubbly friends with the help of my family, friends and all who supported me on here.

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

    @MarnieMichaels
he’s resenting you for your opinions and it should not be right, to have a relationship its to except all flaws, hes angry at the situation he has put himself in, you have done brilliantly, keep being you and showing him what he is missing, I received a brilliant quote this morning “become the hinted not the hunter”

@Caz15 Thank you! Yeah, one thing that helped me get over this NC and start feeling better is that my breakup story is so absurd I feel stupid crying about it hahahaha.
We have been together for 5 years, he can’t simply just forget me and dump me like that.

Anyways, the people around you will help a lot! Don’t ever lose that bond!

@MarnieMichaels it is not absurd at all, you have been through a lot, me and my ex broke up because of poor communication, no break up is absurd, it’s devestating to say the least.

He has not forgotten you and the NC has proved that.

Family and friends are the most important people to get you through all of this.

@Caz15 It was devastating at first for me. Now I’m just confused.

How you you think NC proved that?

@MarnieMichaels Of course it was devestating.

The NC will be confusing but your starting to feel better for it, if you were still in touch would you have got to this point?

@Caz15 No, I wouldn’t have. That makes sense now.

I must say it admires me that I already feel this good. It’s been only a month since we broke up. I never thought this could be possible.

@MarnieMichaels not everything needs to make sense now but once your feeling better is the only thing that does make sense.

Keep going with that feeling that you admire yourself because you should. You are doing brilliantly.

@MarnieMichaels I read your story. I feel like I can relate somewhat. I feel like my breakup was kind of ridiculous and it wasn’t over anything major or that couldn’t be fixed. I think that can cause the feelings of confusion. Because you think, “we broke up over that? It wasn’t a big deal at all, let’s just fix it.” But then the ex doesn’t want to and it all seems crazy, haha.

I’m glad that you can see how far you’ve come and admire yourself. On a similar note, I was thinking the other day about the first week after breakup. I kept thinking of my ex with other women and made myself sick. Eventually, my mind shifted and I realized I’m the best he’s ever had and the best he’ll ever get! Let him go be with other women, they have nothing on me and I’m not intimidated. Haha, I was proud of myself but I feel almost embarrassed now thinking back on crying about him being with others. Seems so silly now.

@Nell It DOES seems silly! I feel the same way… If I saw him going out with someone else I wouldn’t be hurt. I absolutely agree with you… I am the best he’ll ever get!

It’s been a month since we broke up and my NC is on the 13th day now. Considering how far I have already come, it feels like a lot more time has passed.
