Hey everyone! There is this girl I really like in my Human Diversity class in college. We sit across the room from each other and I really just want to get to know her better. Problem is idk how to approach it. She seems like a quiet and shy girl, but I can’t tell for sure. I’ve been looking for signs that she may like me too, but nothing obvious. I tried to add her on Facebook, but she never accepted it. It’s possible she doesn’t use her Facebook much or just didn’t want to add me because we obviously don’t know each other at all. I’ve been thinking about sending a Facebook message to her saying I have taken notice of her, saying she seems like an awesome girl and I would like to get to know her better. However, I don’t know if this is too creepy or not. It would be creepy to just randomly start trying to sit near her or begin talking to her in person since it’s more than half way through the semester. I don’t really know what to do. I just want to start by getting to know her, then hopefully friends, and then maybe work to dating. Advice???
You can start seating a bit nearer her, but not next her right away maybe. But there is no problem in just starting a conversation. Maybe if you miss a class or she does ask for her notes or try to do a group project with her if there is one. I am someone that doesnt mind someone come up to me but it cant be pushy or anything just natural
