Please read! Desperately need help!!!

When my ex dumped me, I told her that I would be blocking her on all social media because it would be too painful to be reminded of her all the time. I kept my word and I’m hoping that because I told her that, she knows it’s not out of pettiness, but rather just that I’m looking out for my well-being. Some of Kevin’s emails have said that this makes me look childish to her. Should I un-block her and re-friend her on everything? Not sure what to do. Just for context I’m a little over halfway through 30 Day NC.

If you’re considering giving in and unblocking her, don’t do it. I’ve made the same mistake, so believe me when I say don’t do it until you finish no contact. If you do it now, you might get too antsy, impatient, jump the gun, and fuck it up again.

I think it would be wise to unblock it only when you feel ready.
If blocking her help you go through your NC, do it, but if you always wonder what she posted or not, I don’t think it’s helping, you have to think about yourself during that period, whether you blocked her or not.
