I’d hope with no message she’d know they were from me. It’d be a little concerning if she had reason to think they were from someone else.

Photo and name doesn’t really matter I suppose. If anyone were to find it they’d know what it was about if it involved them anyway.

And yeah I think roses would be overboard. Bit of a cliche I think.

    Ahaha! I wish!

I don’t know if the website I’ve chosen adds a message honestly, so it may have to be just the flowers regardless.

Good contact your end today by the way. ‘Hey you’.

Hey you was fairly chilled and personal.

Send the flowers as they are. She lives somewhere else then?

She does indeed, I think I mentioned somwhere at the beginning she’s in London, it’s three hours of travelling for us to see one another, so it was no small feat for her to come down last weekend. I’m at home in the South West. Been that way since the end of September.

We lived together where we went to uni. I miss that a lot.

Hm. Do you think that you both drifted after you were apart?

I would I think. I wanted to before, never really got to say it though. At first the distance was good for us in a weird way. It got difficult because when we had a bad time it meant things were difficult for a long time, and we were apart. Little bits of bliss between lots of crap. There were a few texts from her while we were together where she said she feels so distant from me.

Would you like to live there? Because you would have to be happy there.

I think that the distance forced us into separation somewhat. I know it was hard for her to manage both lives she had, her life with me and her life at uni. We had trouble for what felt like such a long time it just compounded my worry that she had something going on with someone else at the time. I kept thinking to myself, ‘Why wouldn’t she? I wouldn’t blame her’ and I guess it showed.
