No contact during Christmas?

Hey there,

So it’s been almost 3 weeks since my ex girlfriend and I broke up, and almost 2 weeks since we talked. I had planned to wait another month or so until I talked to her again. I feel like I really have been improving myself over the past 3 weeks.

Normally I would want to continue no contact. But, the holidays are hard on my ex, since her mother abandoned the family on Christmas Day when she was a child. I was considering sending a quick message saying “hey, I know the holidays can be hard on you, just wanted to wish you a merry Christmas. That’s all.” I really do care for her and just want her to have a good christmas. On one hand, it could put me in a good light, but on the other hand, I’m not sure if I want to break no contact. In addition, I’m not sure if it would put her in a worse mood if her ex texted her…what do you guys think? Thanks,

@frostjack123 Continue no contact! Maybe next year would be a better time to send best wishes. And continue making self improvements..
