No Contact Annoymous – Share your struggles with keeping NC

hi guys, so i saw a post by a mutual friend on instgram and i clicked his likes to see who liked it and my Ex was one of them. she blocked me on all fronts even before she broke up with me. i kind of found her profile by creating a new one (yes psycho) but i have to know and she has been posting so much and all happy throwbacks (this only happened after she asked for a break) before ethat she never used instagram. the most recent 1 is of her and her friend thats been like that since they were 3. she posted it as “best throwback in my life” and #bff it hurts because she bought be a dumb best friend heart and put half on her keys and the other in my wallet….makes me wonder if she is worth fighting for… to go through all of this

Actually I just knew there’s an “unfollow” on Facebook maybe two days ago 🙂 Facebook is kinda not allowed in China so I’m a new Facebooker after I came to the states last year 🙂 Glad there are functions for our situation!

Try not to feel like this. Trust me I am trying to follow my own advice here. I am in my 35th day of NC and haven’t heard from him either. But I try no to focus on that. I have a long road ahead of me.

The day I will feel confident and happy I will contact him myself. Because that is what we are supposed to do. Fight for the one we love. 🙂

I am in my 30th day of NC and I didn’t hear from my ex too…I know how you feel but don’t give up. Let’s focus on ourselves and come here to share your feeling and thought whenever you feel down. People here are really supportive. 🙂

I am so happy to have found this site. My ex avoiding me and making some of the choices he is making tells me he is really angry or upset or just truly over me but he wouldn’t be stalking my fb page and telling people I only want him back cause he is seeing someone. I really haven’t been in NC that long I went a whole week and had to start over with it cause I did a no no and text but good news is its getting easier.

Almost 40 days of NC. Sometimes I don’t how am I supposed to feel. All these mixed emotions! Today what bugs me the most is the fact I once told him (at the beginning of our break up) that I will wait for him. I have realised how stupid that was. What was I thinking??? And I know that he still believes that and it makes me angry.

My plan is a 3 month NC but I might extend it to 4. And honestly don’t know what will I do after that. If you ask me today, I am thinking of doing nothing at all. I see it as personal goal. To see how better and stronger will I be after 3-4 months..
