I’m so confused.

so me and my ex broke up about 2 weeks ago and we kept in contact, but recently he unadded me off social media (not blocked) and just today i asked him to block my #. he says he still loves me and he misses me and he saw a future and he’s hurting too but i don’t know what to do, because it seems like he also doesn’t want to come back ? but i can’t be certain 100%
